Our Pay by Link service allows your staff to take secure payments from any location, making it ideal for homeworkers and staff in the office.

At the point a payment is required, either on a phone call or during a conversation via other media, the agent creates a unique payment link from our easy-to-use web portal and sends it to the customer for them to follow and make payment – no different to when they are making online purchases. You can send the payment link via SMS, email, web chat or any other social media communication channels.

Once the payment is complete we will notify the agent via the portal and as a business you can access full transaction reports at any time. Customer details are also stored for future use making it easy to create new payment links for them in the future.

The customer follows the link and enters their payment card details

The agent is informed of the payment status and can relay this to the customer

We can send the payment details to your CRM, if required

You can continue to communicate with the customer as necessary

Agent Interface

You can choose whether to integrate the Pay By Link solution directly into your CRM system, or use the easy to use agent interface to generate the payment links for your customers.

Customer Experience

Once the customer receives the payment link, they just need to click the URL to be redirected through to the online payment portal to complete the transaction as they would any other ecommerce payment.

Transaction Management

Once a payment has completed we can send the transaction record directly to your CRM, or if you prefer we can send you a nightly batch of transactions. We have various options available to suit your systems, including direct API integration and Secure File Transfer Protocols (SFTP).

In additional to the automated transaction reporting, and the reporting available from your Payment Service Provider (PSP), you can also use our online portal to view and download historic and up to the minute transactions.
