When a customer is ready to make a payment they can do so by entering their card details on their telephone keypad as directed by your agents. We extract these details within our secure and compliant platform before passing them to your payment service provider (PSP) to process the payment.
Your agents won’t be able to see any of the customer’s secure card details, nor will they enter your systems in any way. This is the most secure way to take live agent telephone payments. When we’re involved in every call in this way you don’t need to worry about PCI compliance.

Any additional details are collect from the caller
The agent invokes the browser based Virtual Terminal
The virtual terminal displays the key presses as a series of X's
The agent completes any additional fields in the virtual terminal form
The transaction details are submitted to your Payment Service Provider
The agent can confirm to the caller whether the payment has been approved.
The call continues until its conclusion in the normal manner.
