BCH Digital’s Live Agent Payment solution enables your agents to securely take card payments over the telephone while remaining in constant communication with the customer.

When it’s time to pay, the customer enters their card details using their telephone keypad (DTMF) on our Hosted Payment Page. The information is captured securely within BCH Digital’s PCI DSS Level One environment and passed to your Payment Service Provider for authorisation.

Your agent sees the progress of the transaction, but never sees or handles the customer’s sensitive card details.

The payment result is returned to the agent and the conversation continues as normal.
