Strong passwords are essential, but implementing a robust password policy often risks jeopardising a positive user experience. As cyber criminals become more sophisticated, even the most complex of passwords can be obtained fraudulently by phishing or social engineering attacks.

Adding phone and SMS multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to a user’s password to prevent any unauthorised activity. This additional layer of security ensures would-be attackers need even more than just a username and password combination.

Phone and SMS Authentication

We provide options for utilising both SMS and phone call authentication. Either option can be tailored to meet your precise security demands but will operate without the need for users to download any new software or carry around anything other than their existing phones.


Once implemented you define your own policy. We can either deliver a onetime code number via text message to a user’s mobile or an automated call to a landline or mobile to capture the number provided to the user during the login process.


Integration via Web APIs are available, and services can be configured to provide a wide range of tailored options.
Supplementary authentication requirements can be added to further enhance and protect your data.
