All calls through Paytel are secure. Neither your agents nor any existing call recording equipment can access any sensitive card data. Agents collect and verify payment information using a virtual terminal and can advise your customers on the payment status along with the payment authorisation code before proceeding to complete calls as normal. As the agent requests the caller to type the credit card detail in, these numbers are muted from the agent, whilst keeping both parties connected on the call to communicate if required.
