Integrating fully with existing merchants, telephone and CRM systems, our PCI DSS Level 1 platform gets activated when your agents take payments. Agents enter non-sensitive payment card details into a virtual terminal. Callers are invited to enter their card CV2 and long number via their telephone keypad. DTMF tones produced by this action are suppressed from your agents, so that sensitive data cannot be viewed, written down or recorded. The payment process is kept entirely secure. Agents can stay connected throughout the call, allowing for continuous dialogue and natural call wind-up to ensure a positive customer experience.
