To complement our existing phone based payment solutions, we can now offer a payment mechanism that allows your clients to make payments for products and services via SMS, email, web chat or any other social media communication channel.
A secure payment link
PayTel Payment Request allows your staff to take secure payments from any location, making it ideal for both homeworkers and office based workers. At the point a payment is required, either on a phone call or during a conversation via another media, the agent generates a secure Payment URL link from our easy-to-use web portal, which can then be sent to customers, which when clicked on redirects them to a secure PCI compliant payment collection page, where they can complete their payment details as if they were making a regular online purchase.
The agent has full visibility of the payment process, including when the link is clicked and whether the payment has been authorised, allowing them to conclude the transaction with the customer there and then.
From a business management perspective you care able access full transaction reports at any time, and customer details are also stored for future use making it easy to create new payment links for them in the future.
