In short, Pure Gym states its aim is to provide “membership as flexible as our members”. But the payment methods open to members were falling short of this aim. Pure Gym was simply not offering the payment flexibility expected. Members were soon looking to expand their payment options beyond their sole option of paying online.

BCH Digital provided their client with a reliable, PCI-DSS compliant solution that enables train staff to take on the spot fines from travellers who have not purchased tickets for travel. Via the enforcement officer’s mobile phone, fines can be paid instantly and securely.

The Cooperative Energy

In the early days of Co-operative Energy, payments were made via cheque as this was perceived as the most compliant form of money collection. Due to the decline in paying via a cheque, largely a result of the emergence of telephone and online banking, Co-operative Energy had to change their ways and offer an easier method to take payments. However, they then had the added complexity of PCI DSS and ensuring their environment was fully de-scoped.

Just Eat

When leading online takeaway ordering service, Just Eat realised its existing procedures for accepting partner payments were inefficient and losing them business, they knew they had to address the problem quickly. They needed someone to provide a cost saving and flexible payment solution, so their nationwide partners could pay subscriptions quickly and securely online, 24/7.
