Live Monitoring is easy to activate and offers a discrete opportunity for you to listen to incoming calls as they happen. As there are no telltale clicks and beeps normally associated with live monitoring you will have the reassurance of evaluating staff performance in a non-intrusive manner.
Our Live Monitoring service is part of our Call Recording service and can be accessed using our online User Interface facility or from a landline telephone using the telephone keypad to access the system.
