Managing Director

Andrea was appointed Managing Director at BCH in January 2010, having worked with the team at BCH for several years whilst Managing Director at Freetime Communications and T1 Telecoms. With over 14 years experience in telecoms at a senior level Andrea has built a strong reputation within the industry for spotting and harnessing developing technologies, reliability and excellent customer support. As well as growing the company Andrea's main aim is to raise BCH's profile within the industry.

Rob Macdonald
Director

Founder of BCH Digital. Having studied Computer Science at Reading University, it was at Atlantic Communications as an IVR programmer that Rob realised the telecoms industry needed a specialist call handling bureau. He set up BCH Digital in 2000 with Andy Haigh to provide bespoke applications, produced quickly and efficiently, saving Clients from the technical complicities. Quickly establishing itself as one of the leading specialist providers in the UK, BCH Digital merged with Everyware UK in 2004 to offer Hardware as well as hosted solutions.

Mark Franklin
Director

With a BSc in Electronics and Computer Science, Mark has been involved in telecoms since 1986. He founded hardware provider Everyware UK in 2000 and joined the BCH board in 2004 when the two businesses merged. The merger enabled BCH to provide the complete package of hosted and hardware IVR and SMS solutions. A Chartered member of The British Computer Society and member of the IoD, Mark heads up Programming and Strategy, exploring new technologies and overseeing the maintenance of BCH's in-house facilities.

Andy Haigh
Senior Programmer

Andy has been programming IVR systems for over 15 years and is a founding member of BCH Digital. After completing his degree in electro acoustics at Salford Uni, Andy chose to make Manchester his home and started working with Rob Macdonald in 1998. When the business was formed Andy joined forces with Rob and has played a central role in the core IVR developments ever since. His time now is spent working on the development of the most demanding of IVR solutions for corporate and blue chip companies.

Chris Johnson
Technical Manager

Chris studied computer science at UMIST; specifically systems administration and programming languages including C++ and Visual Basic; together with web technologies and communications methodologies - he achieved a BSc with honours. He began as a Programmer with BCH seven years ago, and was appointed Technical Manager in 2007. Although managing the technical team, Chris's role also involves attending meetings to liaise and advise clients on their system requirements.

Darren Singleton
National Account Manager

Darren's career began at Norweb/Your Communications supporting a number of Account Managers, dealing with major accounts and re-sellers. Darren joined BCH six years ago. His telecoms knowledge, hard work and enthusiasm has enabled him to develop and maintain meaningful customer relationships. He is the first point of contact, liaising with clients and the technical team on a daily basis.

Sue Mowbray
Office Manager

Sue joined BCH in January 2006 as Office Manager and PA to the Directors. With over 30 years practical office experience working for senior management at major plcs including ICI, BT, ICL Computers and R&SA, Sue's organisation and administration skills keep the wheels turning at BCH.
