BCH payments and billing are maintained on a highly resilient and robust database, ensuring the maximum level of accuracy and security at all times. All call revenue and charges are billed per second and paid promptly, while SMS payments fall in line with mobile network payment terms.

BCH has built an internal system that fully automates the billing process. Invoices and statements are generated automatically and sent via email to nominated individuals within your organisation. Each invoice and statement provides you with a full breakdown of charges or revenues. In common with all BCH products and services, custom made billing and personal payment terms are available.

To ensure that we deal with your account queries promptly and efficiently, our Accounts Department works closely with both our Account Management and Technical Teams, ensuring there's one less thing for you to worry about.
