At the heart of all BCH systems lies the IVR hardware. Our IVR units can be supplied from 1 (30 ports) through to 16 E1s (480 ports) per chassis, with an unlimited number of units per installation.
The unique way in which our IVR systems have been designed allows the same hardware configurations to be used in a multi-application environment, allowing each IVR unit to be used for multiple tasks without degradation of service.
The high specification chassis can be configured for the individual application requirement. These units are available as standard, in 4U, however where installation space is a premium, 2U or even 1U chassis can be supplied. As you would expect from any quality server, our units can be configured with an array of backup facilities and redundant power supplies, giving you reliability and peace of mind.
Using the latest Microsoft server operating system, each unit is configured in-house with the software you have chosen, to ensure your installation process runs smoothly.
BCH supports telephony hardware from several technology vendors, but recommends the use of Pika hardware for all new installations. Winmil supports 'All on Board' and 'All on Host' from Pika enabling systems, allowing you the flexibility to build as many or as few lines as required. Winmil enjoys unrivalled connectivity and can be used in conjunction with analogue, digital and VoIP technology 'out of the box' via SIP. As many low cost operators now work exclusively with VoIP, using a Winmil driven system can bring significant cost saving benefits to your organisation.
