Auto Dialing

Winmil is an IVR system that is just as capable of making outbound calls as it is as receiving inbound calls. For example, a dept collection service would use information from a database to decide whether to call a person to remind them of an outstanding debt. Using Text to Speech it would be possible to inform a person of the amount they owe and to whom they owe it. If, during the call, the person decides they want to pay, the call would then be diverted to a call centre to process the payment.
