BCH sign Channel Partnership agreement
BCH Digital is delighted to announce its first Channel Partnership agreement, with wholesale IVR solutions provider Evolution Networks. Evolution, who work exclusively with the reseller channel, will be official distributors of BCH's hosted solutions, which includes the recently launched Outbound Call Recording on the new Gravity platform and the enhanced Queuing solution with mulit-distribution methods.
The new Partnership with BCH fits perfectly with Evolution's commitment to delivering innovative IVR solutions and the necessary sales and marketing support that resellers require. Resellers will benefit from BCH's robust state-of-the-art infrastructure and next generation platform Gravity, as well as its in-house IVR development expertise. They will also receive full technical and sales support, with white-labelling services for products and marketing literature available for both bespoke and off-the-shelf products.
The agreement will see Evolution's product range incorporate BCH’s sophisticated web-based call-handling solutions, such as Virtual Receptionist and Pay-Tel, the PCI compliant phone payment solution, which are updated and enhanced on a regular basis. BCH will also provide support, when needed, for Evolutions wider Marketing plan, which includes webinars for resellers to assist in pitching for and closing bespoke deals as well as ongoing off-the-shelf product training.
