The Company

AdMeter was set up in 2004 with the aim of providing businesses with a monitoring tool for telephone enquiries, thus enabling businesses to analyse the success and cost effectiveness of chosen marketing and advertising campaigns.

AdMeter is aimed at companies who use direct response as a key enquiry generator, and can be successfully used in any form of advertising media, PR or marketing literature to track and manage the calls they receive.

The Problem

AdMeter required access to a large selection of memorable non-geographic and area call telephone numbers with corresponding real-time access to detailed call logs and statistics, but without the financial outlay of an in-house Hardware system. It was essential for AdMeter to be able to use this data to convert into user friendly charts and figures for its clients' Sales, Marketing and Advertising Departments.

From these reports, AdMeter's clients have instant access to numbers of calls received, when the calls were made, how long calls lasted and can be notified of missed calls immediately (ensuring calls are returned before the caller has the chance to redial a competitor).

AdMeter translates the figures into charts, graphs and % statistics, plus corresponding advertising spend and value, providing clients with important analysis of advertising and campaign successes and their cost effectiveness.
